Product Condition
- Original packaging, included Tibetan blessing cards, and authenticity certificates must be intact
- Tarnishing on silver jewelry should be within normal wear range

- Natural turquoise, amber, etc.: Color variations ≤10% due to photography differences are not considered defects
- Minor textures in handmade items reflect artisan craftsmanship, not flaws
